Delivery

All prices quoted here include the cost of UK delivery via our carrier Hermes.  There may be additional delivery charges for some postcodes not covered by the carrier and also for Channel Islands and BFPO addresses.  If you would like an item delivering outside the UK please contact us for a postal quote.

Returns

All items ordered from Martha's Bundle are custom items which are made uniquely to the customer's requirements.  Therefore they cannot be returned under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations 2014. Please therefore ensure that you check all measurements etc prior to ordering.  If you would like to receive a sample of the fabric, ribbon or a paint colour swatch prior to ordering, please just ask, as this prevents any issues relating to colour matching.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and items may be returned within 14 days if they are in any way faulty or do not match their description.
